The custody battle between Mel Gibson and Oksana Griegoriva is getting vicious. If what his ex girlfriend says is true, Mel Gibson needs some 
serious help and his butt should be in jail.
According to TMZ, Gibson’s camp is trying to spin that Oksana is some crazy Russian chick only out for money. His people do admit that Mel Gibson and Oksana got into a nasty confrontation on January 6, 2010. It even got physical and violent. Mel Gibson’s camp is trying to play it down, stating they were only trying to get Oksana to put the baby down when she went nutzo in the backyard.
According to Oksana Griegoriva, Gibson’s people are lying when they say she shook the baby. Instead, the sources say, “She tried to protect the baby during one of Gibson’s violent episodes when he punched Oksana in the face two times, knocking her teeth out, and giving her a concussion. Holy moly! That should be easy enough to prove, all she has to do is show medical records. Getting your teeth knocked out is pretty serious!
As one source put it, “She tried to protect his reputation, despite her fears of him and his verbal and physical abuse.” And the source goes on, “She regrets having believed in his empty promises to obtain professional help to control his violent nature.”
This is crazy stuff, I wonder how Mel Gibson is going to spin this now. Some serious sick stuff. Time to go to rehab dude!

Mel Gibson is probably sorry he ever left his first wife Robyn. After 29 years, his ex wife knows how to put up with his nonsense but not baby mama Oksana Grigorieva. In fact, Mel has filed a restraining order to try to stop Oksana from speaking to the media. Come on Mel, we all know you’re a hot mess.
Earlier this week, Okasana took the first punch by filing a domestic violence restraining order against Mel Gibson. Hmmm, I wonder if he was drinking?
TMZ reveals, last Monday, that Oksana’s lawyers went to family law court in L.A. for an emergency hearing. She told the judge that Mel allegedly got violent with her — two sources say Oksana claimed Mel was “extremely violent.” YIKES!
Sources tell TMZ the judge issued a restraining order prohibiting Mel from having any contact with Oksana. We’re told the next day, Mel’s lawyers went back to court and got the order modified so Mel could see their daughter.
It’s sad that these two can’t work out their differences amicably. Mel Gibson reportedly dumped Oksana in January 2010 after giving birth to their baby in October 2009. He’s reportedly paying her $15k per month in child support and has purchased her and their new daughter a home.
Now that the situation has turned ugly, Mel Gibson a Capricorn has filed a restraining order against her as well. The next two years are going to be [retty difficult for Mel. He’s getting older and needs to dial down the drama a notch. If he’s lucky, maybe his ex wife Robyn might take him back. He seems a bit lost these days.

Mel Gibson, who recently split from his baby’s mama, Oksana Grigorieva, has been asked to pay up. Thankfully, for Gibson’s bank account, the couple was never married. The only support Oksana will receives is child support.
Legal expert Steven Knowles says, “This is not dissolution of marriage action. The mother would have rights to child support, which in the case of Mr. Gibson, will be very substantial. He is what we call a high-income earner, and there is a high-income earner stipulation that says they must pay any amount reasonably necessary for the support of the child. Merely living together and having a child does not give the mother any rights to property and certainly no spousal support.”
Most likely, Mel will purchase a nice big multi-million dollar house for Oksana in Malibu and pay her to go away. Not a bad deal for Oksana Grigorieva, who only was with Gibson a couple of years. Previously, she was with actor, Timothy Dalton, and has a baby with him as well. Busy girl.
With these two actors child support payments combined, she should be raking in about $30k per month. Not too shabby, now she has more money than she would have had on her own. Plus, she’s still quite beautiful and can find herself a new man. Sounds like a good career move on her part. What’s next for Mel Gibson? Another hottie gold digger. Stay tuned!
