Fifty Shades of Grey, EL James, is now making a cool million dollars a week. The author, who inspired the sexual fantasies of women and put passion back in the bedroom, says she’s really just a down to earth chick. She won’t let fame and fortune, change her. In a new interview, EL James, talks about how she hates to spend money, and her recent big splurge was a new pair of Uggs. Just a regular mum, married to a screenwriter, and teenage boys at home.  What inspired her to write Fifty Shades of Grey? Twilight, of course.

The first Fifty Shades book written in only four months, was first released as an ebook. Immediately, Fifty Shades blasted to number one and sent publishers scrambling to sign EL James. Random House, won the frenzied bidding war and Fifty Shades of Grey has gone on to sell 60 million copies. In fact, Random House gave every single employee a $5000 bonus because of the books success. I guess they are rolling in the dough as well.

Although, most fans find Fifty Shades of Grey to be very steamy. EL James, thinks it’s the romance rather than the sex. “The love story is so much more important than the sex. The sex is interesting but loads of books have sex in, some of them quite graphic sex. You want to know: what is going to happen to these two people? Will she break him down in the end? Because, of course, she’s far stronger than he is.”

Naturally, everyone wants to know who will be cast for Fifty Shades of Grey. For Christian Grey, leading the nominations is Chris Hemsworth, Matt Bomer, Alexander Skarsgard, and Ian Somerhalder. For EL James she says, “I think emotional intelligence, a sense of humor [are important for Christian Grey.

Astrologically speaking, Christian Grey who may seem like a Scorpio, according to the book he’s actually a Gemini. Very kinky! Astrochicks, can’t wait to see who they cast. My vote is for Alexander Skarsgard. Stay tuned.
