When it comes to high stakes in movies, Justin Timberlake and Ben Affleck, like to take on challenging roles. In fact, they are set to star new movie about online gambling, called Runner Runner. The film is about a businessman who’s caught up in the world of offshore gaming. Sounds like a cross between Bourne Identity meets Ocean 11.

Which celebrities are high rollers and like to get their gamble on? One of the more popular celebrities who play poker is Jennifer Tilly. In 2005, she won a World Series of Poker bracelet (and $158,625) in the Ladies’ No-Limit Texas Hold ‘Em event, outlasting 600 other players. You go girl!

For Timberlake, who’s set to marry his sweetheart, Jessica Biel, he’s planning a wedding bash, fit for a King. Born under the sign of Aquarius, Astrochicks expects the nuptials to be in a unique and intimate setting.

For Biel the bride to be, who held out for marriage,  says she’s ready to find “a balance between my private life, family and work.” For Timberlake, after his honeymoon, will be headed to the movie set.
