The new season of Basketball Wives starts February 20th.  Evelyn Lozada will be back for round 4, with her boyfriend Chad Ochocinco riding shotgun in several episodes. The rumor is our newly engaged couple just signed a deal for their own VH1 spin off reality show. Will Evelyn and Chad ever make it to the wedding altar? Are the cheating rumors true? Astrochicks checked in with our resident astrologer, Patty Kamson, to ask if Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco share a soulmate connection. Patty says, “Most astrology fans would be shocked to hear Chad Ochocinco is born under the zodiac sign of Capricorn. He’s so spontaneous, child-like, and thinks outside the box.  But Chad has three planets in Capricorn including his Moon.  He’s very ambitious and is driven to succeed, he approaches love in a practical way and loving Evelyn allows him to mix business with pleasure. The ultimate power couple.

Basketball Wives star, Evelyn Lozada, on the other hand is a full blown Sagittarius with four planets in Sag including her Moon. She says it like she means it, with no edit button. Our girl has no boundaries or filter, just like sister Sag, NeNe Leakes, from Real Housewives of Atlanta. From looking at their charts, I would call Chad and Evelyn’s love a relationship that needs a lot of work.  Living together can be difficult, where at times it will lack trust and understanding. With Chad having his Moon in Capricorn, there is a strong need for him to feel in control and be supported.  With Evelyn’s Moon in Sagittarius there is a strong need for independence and freedom.  This can make for a push/pull emotional rollercoaster. With one of them always screaming they want off the ride.

The Eclipses of 2011, with Saturn in Libra may have pushed Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco’s love to the breaking point. With recent cheating rumors and a temporary split, can push the couple to the breaking point.  If they get married when the planet of love, Venus, is retrograde (May 15^th – June 26th, 2012) then Basketball Wives fans brace yourself, I predict the marriage won’t last.  If Evelyn and Chad get married after Venus retrograde, then they have a better chance at making the marriage work but unfortunately I don’t see it lasting for many years.

Astrochicks thinks maybe they should opt for a long engagement and we see their love has a better chance of being successful. Chad’s a traditional dude at heart, if he puts a ring on it, he will expect Evelyn to be a good little wife. As a Sag, we don’t see that happening. She has her own money now and is coming into her own power.
