GOLDEN GLOBES, Enlightened Best TV Actress Laura Dern, Finds Love After Divorce?
Tonight, our favorite movie and TV stars strutted their stuff on the Golden Globes runway tonight. Ricky Gervais, kicked off the evening with a bang making fun of everyone from Jodie Foster to Justin Bieber.
The first movie star to win a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor was Christopher Plummer in the movie Beginners. Although the character, Hal, is diagnosed with terminal cancer, Plummer says Hal is determined to make the most of what’s left of his life. “He’s free from all that burden of trying to suppress his homosexuality, and he’s also in love,” Plummer told The Envelope last year. “I think that’s why the film has the lightness of tone that it does — there’s not an ounce of self-pity in it.” A Sagittarius, a free spirited soul, has been married for over 40 years to Elaine Regina Taylor.
Our favorite Laura Dern, won Best Actress for her hit TV show, Enlightened. She stars as Amy the neurotic whistle blower, who’s life imploded after her divorce and affair with a married co-worker, she has a philosophical awakening after rehab in Hawaii, and tries to get her life back together. Dern an Aquarius girl, who’s fiercely independent and unique is the perfect actress for this quirky comedy.
Although estranged husband Ben Harper filed for divorce in 2010, she’s maintained a friendly relationship with her ex. Even though he tried to deny her spousal support. I guess Dern is a forgiving girl. Aquarius girls like to keep it friendly, just ask Jennifer Aniston. We think she will find love again next summer.
Astrologically speaking, Laura Dern will face some emotional challenges in 2013. Possibly around her mom or a close family member. We think her show Enlightened will continue to be a success and will reignite her movie career. Congrats girl!
