Natalie Portman, who won an Oscar for Black Swan, is making new headlines for being pregnant first, without a wedding ring on her finger. Former Arkansas Governor, Mike Huckabee, accused her of “glamorizing” having a baby without being married. Excuse me? She’s engaged! Maybe Mike Huckabee hasn’t heard of Amber Portwood, MTV, or their ridiculous show “Teen Mom.”
Mike Huckabee, Republican President nomination hopeful, decided to hate on our beloved Natalie Portman, a Gemini girl. Now he’s back peddling, after criticizing the actress and model for the life choices she’s made. He says, “Natalie Portman is an extraordinary actor, very deserving of her recent Oscar and I am glad she will marry her baby’s father [Benjamin Millepied]. However, contrary to what the Hollywood media reported, I did not ’slam’ or ‘attack’ Natalie Portman, nor did I criticize the hardworking single mothers in our country. My comments were about the statistical reality that most single moms are very poor, under-educated, can’t get a job, and if it weren’t for government assistance, their kids would be starving to death. That’s the story that we’re not seeing, and it’s unfortunate that society often glorifies and glamorizes the idea of having children out of wedlock.”
Just because you were married to your baby daddy, doesn’t mean you always get child support. Natalie Portman can afford to have a child out of wedlock and it’s more important to be a good parent, versus actually having a husband. Plus, it’s none of our business, it’s not like Natalie Portman’s going to be on welfare.
Astrologically, Natalie Portman has an amazing two years ahead of her. A Oscar, a beautiful baby on the way, and upcoming wedding to fiance Benjamin Millepied. Life is sweet for our Gemini girl. I’m sure she could care less what Mike Huckabee thinks.
For Mike Huckabee, born under the star sign of Virgo, he has a good chance to win the Republican nomination but I seriously doubt he could beat Obama in the next Presidential election. Hopefully, Mr. Huckabee will focus more on solving social issues versus talking smack about Hollywood celebrities. Stay tuned.
