DEAR JOHN MAYER, Writes Song Lyrics For Taylor Swift, What Will it Say?
John Mayer the player is not too happy with Taylor Swift’s new song, Dear John. In her lyrics, she outs Mayer as a self absorbed rocker who’s a cradle robber. In her new song she sings, “Don’t you think I was too young to be messed with, maybe it’s you and your sick need to give love and take it away.” Yes, that’s right Mayer the narcisstic Libra boy.
Mayer a super talented musician and quite the songwriter, is planning on penning his own tune. I guess it’s important for fans to hear his side of the story. What’s he going to sing about? Maybe call her sex napalm like Jessica Simpson? What about her body’s a wonderland like Jennifer Love Hewitt? Or would John Mayer go even farther calling his fling with Taylor Swift a Fatal Attraction?
Showbiz Spy reports, “Everyone knows John Mayer loves publicity and lives for this type of situation,” an insider told Pop Eater. “Taylor Swift can bet that right now he is sitting in his apartment thinking of some witty way to respond. Writing a response to Dear John called Dear Taylor would be too obvious, so expect something much bigger than that.
Whatever John Mayer decides to do, I’m sure it will be cringe worthy like his other publicity stunts. He always know how to get under ex girlfriends skin. Hopefully he won’t be too mean to Taylor Swift. Of course she’s Sagittarius girl and can stand up for herself. Plus, if rumors are true, she has a new boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal. As they say, living well is the best revenge.
well, I hope John Mayer makes his song so… cringe worthy that Taylor Swift hides in her room and cries from the shame and embarrassment. He and Joe Jonas and whoever dated her and she wrote a song about deserves to make her feel like the worst person in the world. YOU CAN’T FUCKING USE PEOPLE TO WRITE SONGS! John Mayer came across Jennifer Love Hewitt. That was not on purpose, and he was expressing love. The Jessica Simpson comment, well I woulda been thrilled to be her. To be called good sex, well I think Jessica was a jackass to not think of that as a compliment. He never even wrote a song about it. And he doesn’t make it blatantly obvious like Taylor Swift does. He didn’t name Your Body is A Wonderland “Jennifer, You’re Body Rocked My World” SHE IS A FUCKING DUMBASS! I hate Taylor Swift so much now, it’s not even cool. She knew his reputation, and his age when she went out with him. If you think you’re too young, NICELY DECLINE AND MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE! DON’T LET HIM DO HIS TWISTED TRICKS ON YOU! YOU HAD A CHOICE! You know, I wrote a little bit of a song that I would like to share. Okay, here it goes (this is just like idk the chorus or something):

Yeah, that’s all I have so far, and it would kinda sound like “Hey Stephen” you know? It’s such a bad song, but I think it’s kinda funny.

Ok waiting on the world to change wasn’t written based on a person, neither was half of my heart. She just used him, as in she chose him only because of his reputation and she knew he was too old and he’s a womanizer. She knew she would be able to get a song out of him. I highly doubt John Mayer knew when he was dating Jennifer love Hewitt that he was going to get a song out of her. Same with whoever the last part of his continuum album was about. (btw who says by jm wasn’t written about a person) he just came across and it inspired him. She knew from the very beginning that she could get a song out of him, and that is the true meaning of using someone. She just thinks she can write about being needy but that shit is getting old fast, especially when she does it to someone she knew it was going to happen with.
I don’t need professional help, Taylor Swift needs to find a better way to get inspiration.
There’s always inspiration but most don’t name names. Taylor Swift makes it a habit of writing revenge songs for every guy she dates. Watch out Jake. She’s young and talented. Dear John, a nice marketing ploy for her new album Speak Now which should sell at least a million copies this week. It sounds like Taylor needed to toughen up and John Mayer took her for a ride. It will make a nice chapter in her memoir.

Yes, someone who wishes intentional emotional pain on a complete stranger DOES need professional help. Demanding an incident that causes one to “hides in her room and cries from the shame and embarrassment.” Proclaiming that the same person (who is not know to the author) “IS A FUCKING DUMBASS!” also shows a lack of normal social behavior, and a reckless disregard of self-control. Last but not least, this psychopath thinks they can read the mind of yet another complete stranger and what his intentions were when he made remarks toward women in his life. This person also has an obvious hatred of women, most likely out of jealousy, and an inability to interact with them in every day life.
I don’t think you need medical help, you have a valid point. I do think Taylor Swift is talented, she knows how to write music hooks and she understands her brand.
I think she dated John Mayer because she’s 19 years old and he’s an older guy. Mayer is a charmer, super talented, good looking guy. I think he’s a douchebag but all women love bad boys.
Maybe Taylor thought she would be different, disappointed she wasn’t, figures she might as well write a hit song about it. Plus she gets to rub his face in it and give some sweet revenge to Aniston and all the other women he hurts.

At the end of the day…it’s just a SONG. I like Taylor Swift’s new album and I love John Mayer’s music as well.

Mayer wrote Your Body is a Wonderland about his first sexual relationship when he was 14 years old. He did not write it about Jennifer Love Hewitt. I don’t for a second think Mayer showed any interest in Swift. I think she was a love sick obsessed kid who took his being nice the wrong way.

No he didn’t, he’s talked about it in a number of interviews and he sang the song before he knew her. Check your facts. Tabloids make things up and quote each other and undiscerning readers believe what they read without questioning.

I totally agree with Jacey, John finally met his match. Taylor is young… 20 is still young!! You don’t know how cruel people can be. And, girls do fall for the bad boys, and he KNEW what he was doing. He KNEW she would fall for him, that is the kind of douchebag guy he is. I feel for Taylor, I have been there, you think you can change them, and you fall for every stupid word they say. This is a good song, and if John doesn’t like it, then maybe he needs to learn what “gentlemen” means, and start dating WOMEN his own age. And don’t hate because you WISH you could be as famous as Taylor Swift at her young age, instead, you have a sad, unknown life. Grow up HATERS!!
