Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are not only in a bitter divorce battle, they are also fighting over rights to their large collection of sex tapes. Spencer Pratt who’s obsessed with being famous, is in negotiations with Vivid Entertainment to sell several sex tapes featuring Heidi Montag and himself. Also, Pratt even has a tape with some girl on girl action, featuring his soon to be ex wife Heidi Montag and Playmate, Karissa Shannon. Montag has been a very busy Virgo girl.

According to TMZ, Spencer Pratt may be paid as much as $5 million dollars upfront with Vivid Entertainment, along with a percentage of the profits. Heidi Montag is reportedly “devastated” and doesn’t want them sold. Sure! Astrochicks thinks Spencer Pratt had always been about fame and money.

Sources tell TMZ,  Pratt came upon the footage while searching through boxes of belongings at his Malibu, California home. Karissa Shannon admits that such a tape exists but she doubts that Pratt has it.  Shannon does say if Spencer Pratt does sell the sex tape to Vivid Entertainment she will sue. Really? Why make a sex tape if you don’t expect it to be found. After all, celebrity sex tapes are big money these days.

No word on Heidi Montag’s new reality show and when it will air. Maybe Heidi Montag can start her own adult business, like Jenna Jamison. Stay tuned!
