Real Housewives of New Jersey is having a mid-life crisis this season. Danielle Staub has reportedly been fired by Bravo, although if you believe the drama queen, she’s getting her own spin off series. Staub’s arch nemesis, Teresa Giudice, who has been humiliated by tabloid stories over her bankruptcy, may not be back next season either. According to new reports, Giudice has threatened to quit. What’s going on? No more Real Mob Housewives of New Jersey?
In a new interview, Teresa Giudice has blamed Bravo for the IRS feds breathing down her neck. No one told Joe and Teresa Giudice to show briefcases of money while filming. She says, “Everything would be settled by now, but because she is now famous everyone is using the situation to get press for themselves and humiliate her and her family. It’s honestly got to the point where she’s not sure if she wants to come back for another season….Teresa Giudice is sick of everyone knowing all her private financial business. She didn’t sign up to be on ‘Housewives’ so that everyone could look into her bank account. Millions of couples go through what they are going through, except no one knows about it. It’s just not fair.” Sure it’s fair, you wanted to be on TV, that’s the price you pay for fame and glory.
There is a silver lining in her financial future for our Taurus girl. Her new book, Skinny Italian, is a best selling book. Also, Teresa Giudice’s lawyer was able to postpone the auction of her personal property and maybe even delay the foreclosure on their home.
As they say, everything happens for a reason. Danielle Staub has a new girlfriend, Lori Michaels, and seems to be genuinely happy. For Teresa and Joe Giudice, if she’s lucky, she can keep her hubby out of jail for forging mortgage documents. For the other Real Housewives of New Jersey, they just seem so vanilla compared to Staub and Giudice. Who will Bravo cast next? No word yet, Bravo is expected to make casting announcements in a few months.
