Kevin Costner has gone green, with his new dream machines to help clean up the BP Gulf Oil Disaster. Brad Pitt is going for the green effect as well, one that Hollywood is made of, cash.
Brad Pitt wants to make a dramatic film about the BP oil spill and the players behind the scene. Gee, Kevin Costner could even play himself.
Brad Pitt who’s starring in the new film, “Moneyball,” at Sony has his eye on an Oscar. The film written by Michael Lewis, is most famous for writing the book “The Blind Side,” which won Sandra Bullock an Oscar also. Now that’s a Hollywood match up I would like to see, Brad Pitt and Sandra Bullock. A Leo and Sagittarius would make a nice match.
Huffington Post suggested that Michael Lewis would be the perfect writer for Pitt’s oil spill disaster movie. If Brad Pitt makes a film about the Gulf disaster, I wonder if Kevin Costner will co-produce? What about Jerry Bruckheimer? He’s the king of disaster/action movies.
The one missing element, according to the New York Daily News, is that, so far, the BP disaster is still a saga without a hero — with the exception of actor Kevin Costner, who delivered his dream machines, an ocean based vacuum cleaner that separates oil from water.
Astrochicks disagrees, there are so many heroes in the Gulf disaster tragedy. There’s the men and women who lost their lives in the explosion and the families affected on a daily basis. Hopefully the rumor is true and Brad Pitt will step up to the plate to expose BP for what it is. I think Brad Pitt and Kevin Costner together could make a pretty cool film. Stay tuned.
