It looks like Charlie Sheen will be vacationing in Aspen this summer, at least for 30 days in JAIL! The actor has decided to plead guilty to assaulting his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller.

A few months ago, the couple had a holiday scuffle after Charlie Sheen pushed his wife during an argument. Since that time, both have decided to separate and each have entered rehab to deal with their substance abuse problems. They are sharing custody of their two twin boys, Bob and Max.

A source close to the actor’s negotiations with prosecutors told the online edition of People magazine Tuesday that the star of the popular TV series “Two and a Half Men” will enter a guilty plea at a hearing in Aspen, Colorado on June 7.

The 44-year-old comedian will seek a 30-day sentence for a misdemeanor charge stemming from his wife Brooke Mueller’s accusation in December that he threatened her during an argument.

“Charlie intends to go to court on June 7 (to) plead to a misdemeanor and immediately begin serving his 30 days in jail,” People quoted the source as saying. “With good behavior, he could end up doing 15 or so days.”

Charlie Sheen, always a bad Virgo boy, needs to get his life together. Still partying like it’s 1999, he continues to be plagued by drug and hooker scandals.  Instead of marrying every girl he meets, he should just date lots of women, or if he falls in love, just live with them. Forget walking down the aisle, he should know by now he makes a real crappy husband. For now, he’s headed to Hotel Aspen compliments of the government of Colorado.
