Octomom in a new interview with Oprah, revealed that she feels guilty 24 hours a day for her selfish decisions. After having 14 children, she has admitted that her choices have been childish and immature.
Struggling to pay the bills, she accepts various media offers to be paid for photographs of herself and the kids. She reveals to Oprah she was paid $100k for her bikini pose on Star Magazine.
Not willing to admit she has regrets, she is candid about the poor decisions she’s made.
“We’re surviving. We’re so busy going, going, going, moving, moving, moving, trying to keep up that you don’t have time to think, to reflect, to feel anything. And it is a choice. I own all of the responsibility for my poor choices in the past. Do I regret it? You can’t regret children. But the choices were childish. They were immature. They were selfish. Are we defined by our choices? Our behavior? Our actions? No. I don’t believe that defines our worth.
“I feel as though I wasn’t thinking at that time. If I could go back, would I make different choices? Maybe. At this point, I know and I need to teach my children that we need to learn, we need to grow, we need to keep on growing and transcending, and we need to make the best possible choices. And when we make poor choices, all you can do is really, really learn from that and grow from that. Try not to repeat it.”
In one disturbing video clip, one of her daughters is standing on one of the babies in the crib. The child is crying hysterically, while the cameraman looks on. What’s going to happen when these kids are older? Nadya Suleman should really consider giving up some of those kids for adoption. She’s made incredibly poor choices and cannot possibly give them the attention they need. I’m sure she loves her children but she needs to quit being so selfish and do what’s best for the kids.
What’s really amazing is how skinny she is. How does she have time to take care of 14 kids and be in such great shape? Hopefully, she will find the strength to care for all those kids and give them the proper home they need. Crazy stuff.
