Has Taylor Lautner’s popularity surpassed Robert Pattinson? As Rob continues to experiment with movie roles he chooses, Taylor is going for a more mainstream career. In fact, it’s reported that Taylor commands $7.5 million per film.

Chris Weitz, the director of New Moon, believes Taylor has tremendous potential. He says, “H e deserves a lot of credit for the movie’s box office gross. If you look at the film, it should have been the weakest in the franchise, because Robert Pattinson doesn’t play as big a role. Taylor had to pick up that slack, and if his character hadn’t been emotionally, not just physically, appealing, the movie wouldn’t have been as big a hit.”

Will Taylor Lautner be the next Leonardo DiCaprio or Johnny Depp? His exotic good looks, rockin body and fun sense of humor, makes this Aquarius boy a natural to rocket to superstar status.

In 2012, Lautner will star as Stretch Armstrong, a 3-D film about the eponymous toy and has been cast in Cancun, which will center more around his mad martial art skills.

Now if he could only get Taylor Swift to dump that Glee guy, he would have it all. Astrologically, it looks like a new romance for him this summer and Swift’s loss will be another girls gain. Crazy passionate romance ahead for Mr. Lautner, buckle up babe.
