Katy Perry and Russell Brand make such a cute couple. Fun, sexy and stylish. This week, they had a traditional engagement party in a very popular LA restaurant. They invited 50 of their family and friends, to celebrate their love.

They dined at Il Cielo in Beverly Hills. The guests included Katy’s mom, Mary Hudson, who came out for cocktails and cake at the couple’s special bash, which, according to a source, was decorated with candles and red roses.”They had a lovely soiree,” a source says. For dessert there was a white chocolate cake adorned with fresh roses and a sweet message: “Katy [Heart] Russell.”

Miss Katy, a pretty Scorpio girl, has Russell wrapped around her little finger . He’s absolutely crazy about her and can’t wait to marry her. Russell, a crazy Gemini guy, has a wicked sense of humor and definitely will keep Katy on her toes. These two definitely look like they are soulmates.

Next year, is going to be absolutely fab for the couple. I expect a big wedding bash and a baby in 2011. Congrats to the happy couple.
