Will Amanda Knox spend the rest of her life in prison? The Seattle exchange student, has been accused of murdering her college roommate in Italy. Did she do it? If you’re Italian, you would probably say yes, if you’re American you would probably say no.

According to Italian authorities, it was a sex/torture game gone bad, after a crazy Halloween party. One drifter, Rudy Guede, has already been convicted of murder.

Seattle Times Reports:

The 22-year-old Seattle woman and her former boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, of Italy, are accused of stabbing her roommate, British student Meredith Kercher, nearly two years ago at Knox and Kercher’s apartment in the university town of Perugia.

The prosecution’s theory is that Kercher was killed while engaged in a sex game with Knox, Sollecito and another man named Rudy Hermann Guede. Guede was convicted of the murder in a trial last year and sentenced to 30 years.

It’s an incredibly sad story, one beautiful young girl is dead, and another faces life in prison. Did she do it? There is DNA evidence that she was in the home at the time, only problem is she lived there, so does that make her a killer? I think not. She has already been convicted in the Italian newspapers, will she be convicted by a jury of her peers? The case is expected to be decided in the next couple of months.
