Wow, VH1 moves fast. They have dropped future airings of “Megan Wants a Millionaire”. Why? Because Ryan Alexander Jenkins is wanted in the possible murder of his wife. I guess Ryan must have made it to the finals, otherwise I seriously doubt they would have dropped the show. YIKES!!!
Don’t bother to Google “Megan Wants A Millionaire” in hopes of getting to the show’s web site. VH1 took down the main page of the site and stopped all future airings now that finalist Ryan Jenkins is wanted by police for the strangling murder of his maybe-wife, former Playboy model Jasmine Fiore. VH1 posted this official statement on the former “Megan” site:
Ryan Jenkins was a contestant on Megan Wants A Millionaire, an outside production, produced and owned by 51 Minds, that is licensed to VH1. The show completed production at the end of March. Given the unfortunate circumstances, VH1 has postponed any future airings. This is a tragic situation and our thoughts go out to the victim’s family.
