Tonight, everyone is talking about Sarah Palin’s wacko exit speech, including Nostraboris.
How does one appear selfless, while abandoning people out of pure ambition? Portraying a shameless career move as heroic, is tricky.
In an awkward moment, Sarah Palin compared herself to fish, uttered the instant classics like “staying on would be the ways of a quitter“, and promised Alaska she would call.
HEY ALASKA: “SHE’S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU!”.
Anyone with a pulse realizes that Palin wasn’t a lame duck until she decided to be one. With 11 million dollar from Rupert Murdoch as campaign funding, being a Governor simply is a waste of time.
After fabricating a way out of her responsibilities to Alaskan voters, Palin is free to re-shape her image launching sound bytes from outside the walls of accountability. Newt Gingrich, and Rush Limbaugh show us every day that to contend as a right winger, having an actual job is a no-no.
Aside from the yuk factor as far as integrity goes, the erratic behavior raises serious fears of what a Palin presidency would bring. Would she resign as soon as she got elected a second time? I dare you to make sense of this speech, or imagine this woman being our president.
Our Aquarius girl is in for a bumpy ride.
