Rumors are beginning to swirl about Jillian’s boys this season. One of the big show shockers is about Wes Hayden, a musician from Austin, Texas. Word on the street, or I should say message boards, is the Texas cutie has a girlfriend. Supposedly, she’s been around for 3 or 4 years. What the hell?

According to his bio, located at MySpace and his official web site, Wes was born December 1, 1976 in Houston, Texas. He’s a fun loving Sagittarius boy, who loves his freedom, has a great sense of humor, and is very out spoken.

Wes’ grandfather was Louis Henderson who was a songwriter and musician. George Jones recorded some of Louis’ songs in the early days, however, Louis died at an early age; therefore, Wes only knew him through his music.

What does he say about his music career?

“I have always had encouragement from my family, friends and fans. Some years ago I was listening to an old Lefty song that Haggard recorded, “That’s The Way Love Goes”, and the song blew me away, even though I had heard it many times, but for some reason this time was different. It was like a light came on and I knew then that I wanted to be a true country singer and writer. By true, I mean traditional country music.” His  influences include Haggard, Jones, Keith Whitley, George Strait and Alan Jackson.

Obviously, it’s not a stretch to think a musician goes on a reality show for publicity. He’s too old for American Idol but he could always try out for Nashville Star. Or has he tried out already? The other rumor is that he makes it to the final four, Jillian finds out he has a girlfriend, and kicks him to the curb.

Sounds a little bit like Deanna’s season when Graham left. The only issue was Graham DID have a girlfriend when he came on the show, in fact Deanna probably would have picked him in the end and that’s why he left. That’s what the note said…or so sources say. I think ABC purposely picked a few guys with girlfriends. Definitely adds spice to the show.
