Kelly Clarkson, sexy and single, why hasn’t she found Mr. Right yet? Is she longing to get married and have little American Idol’s running around the house?

In a new interview she said: “Oh, my God, I have no desire to be a parent at the moment. I would not be a good mother. I mean, I love being an aunt to my niece and nephew. And I used to want to adopt about 10 kids – because I had friends who were adopted, and I thought that was the coolest thing, to be chosen. But my job is just too selfish.”

Kelly, 26, is currently single and claims her hectic work schedule gets in the way of finding romance.

The former “American Idol” winner – who previously dated singer-songwriter and touring partner Graham Colton – told the USA Today newspaper: “I’m not against having a boyfriend, if I found a guy who could handle my job that would be cool. But I’ve dated a couple of guys who were awesome, and the celebrity part of my life and the traveling part are hard to get around. You never get to see each other, especially if you’re both musicians.”

Astrologically, our Taurus girl turns 27 on April 24th. She will be hitting her Saturn return. During this period, people either break up or get married. It looks like by 2011, she will find that special someone and probably be a mom by the time she’s 30. For now, she will just enjoy being in the limelight.
