DANCING WITH THE STARS – New Interview: Break Up with Jason a Blessing in Disguise for Melissa Rycroft???

Now that Melissa Rycroft has a new beau, what does the cast of “Dancing With the Stars” think? According to Nancy melissarycroft1O’Dell, she thinks that her new guy, Ty, is a doll. It looks like Melissa is quite smitten as well.

TV Guide Reports:

TVGuide.com: Have you spent more time with her?
O’Dell:
I went to a rehearsal before my surgery. [She and Tony Dovolani] were really excited and on their way to Dallas. I was telling them they look so much like brother and sister. She was like, “You mean I have his forehead?” [
Laughs] I think they’re great together now. You get to know your partner really well because you spend so much time with them. He gave Melissa approval on her new boyfriend.

TVGuide.com: Have you met him?
O’Dell:
I have not, but I was asking about him. She seems to be quite smitten with him. She was blushing when she was talking about him. It’s the best kind of relationship: They were friends first and then they became boyfriend and girlfriend. After Jason [Mesnick, who proposed to her and then broke up with her on
The Bachelor] and all that. He’s the white knight. He should come and she should do a romantic dance for him.

I think it’s great Melissa has found love with a friend. At least they have a foundation of trust and something solid to build a relationship on. I guess the Jason Mesnick break up was a blessing in disguise. Gotta love Melissa, hopefully she will make it to the finals.
