In startling news this week, Howard Stern was arrested on six felony counts in association with the drug related death of Anna Nicole Smith. If convicted, he can face up to six years in prison.

Howard K. Stern, Drs. Khristine Eroshevich, and Sandeep Kapoor were charged by Los Angeles County prosecutors after a two-year probe by the attorney general. The charges allege they gave her excessive amounts of sleep aids, opiates, muscle relaxants and methadone-like drugs used to treat addiction, knowing she was an addict.

The television, tabloid and Internet trial of Mr. Stern in the court of public opinion has been based on sensational lies, speculation, rumor and gossip. Unfortunately, it appears that criminal charges have now been brought by the State of California based on this same type of misinformation.”

She added, “The media trial of Mr. Stern has been based on constant shouts of guilty from a barrage of uninformed commentators based on totally inaccurate and often manufactured ‘facts.’”

Anna Nicole Smith a beautiful Sag girl, was always a free spirit. Whatever happens, Howard K. Stern is one strange bird. I think both Anna Nicole Smith and Stern were drug addicts. One feeding off the other.
