I also believe that DeAnna is just giving advice. She's trying to help Jason from making the same mistake she did in the end by forgetting what she really was looking for. We all saw that she was looking for someone like Jason and went for Jessie who is more like her. As much as I would love to see Jason end up with DeAnna it's just not going to happen. So in that case I really think Jillian is only one that is ready. Melissa, might be... and Molly is not right for him and he would be making the same mistake that DeAnna made so hopefully she stops him from picking her.
