As the Oscar countdown begins, the nominees were honored at a Oscar luncheon in Beverly Hills. Mickey Rourke a fan favorite, was dressed to kill, and looking quite sharp with his new suit. When asked who he thought would win, LA Times reports:

“The Wrestler” nominee Mickey Rourke wasn’t too worried about thanking his dogs in his Oscar acceptance speech. “I’ll probably be sitting out there clapping for Sean Penn.” Asked if he has the tools to handle Hollywood now, Rourke replied, “Yeah, a therapist and a priest.”

At the luncheon, Marisa Tomei was asked about her her relationship with Mickey Rourke. She said: “We usually text each other. We’re text buddies. I see him at all the events, and I pet his dog.

Mickey, always the humble and intelligent Virgo, is the leading contender for the Oscar race. Over the weekend, he was honored at the Santa Barbara Film Festival.
