Joe Francis, not the brightest bulb in the bunch, is back in jail again. Why? The Girls Gone Wild zillionaire arrived in court five hours late for his tax fraud trial. What was he thinking? He claims he had the flu. What is it about money that makes people so delusional?

Joe Francis an Aries, is a pioneering leader, and an incredibly passionate guy. He has a stubborn streak and feels he is above the law. Francis is accused of claiming more than $20 million in bogus business expenses on his corporate tax returns, including $3.8 million for a home in Mexico and $10.4 million in phony consulting services. He has pleaded not guilty to two counts of federal tax evasion.

The hearing was to consider a request from his tax attorneys to recuse themselves from the case based on “strategic differences of opinion.”

It sounds like Joe Francis may be going back to jail for awhile. He just needs to pay the tax man and hire a new accountant. Astrologically, I see that Francis will be out by summer.
