HARRY POTTER – Rob Knox Teen Actor in Film, Stabbed To Death by Crazed Madman!!!

This is such a sad story. Rob Knox a promising young actor, who plays the character Marcus Belby in the forthcomingrobknoxphoto film Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, was allegedly stabbed five times while trying to protect his younger brother Jaime from a knife wielding madman.

The 18-year-old actor was attacked by Karl Bishop outside the Metro Bar, in Sidcup, Kent, in May of 2008. At the time of his death, he had just finished filming and was looking forward to being in the next Harry Potter film.”

In court today, Jamie told the jury what happened that fateful evening. Jamie Knox, 17, said that on the night of the incident in May last year, his “very protective” brother had been infuriated when he heard that he had been threatened at knifepoint.

Bishop, a convicted offender and “habitual” knife carrier, was surrounded by a group of people on the street. Jamie said that Robert pointed over at him and said: “That’s my little brother.”

His brother trying to rugby tackle the attacker, who still had the knives in each hand, and a melee ensued. “I couldn’t believe what I was seeing,” Jamie said. He was thrown to the ground and when he got up he saw his brother lying down on the road. Robert was heard to say: “I’ve been stabbed, help me.” Jamie called their mother and she rushed to the scene as her son lay dying.

Karl Bishop “claims” he was acting in self defense, even though he had previous charges against him for slashing two men in the face. Wow, what a terrible tragedy. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Knox family. Hopefully, Bishop will be found guilty and sent to prison FOREVER!!!
