I guess since Deanna Pappas isn’t getting any PR love for her new show Getting Married, she has hitched her wagon to
Jason Mesnick’s love fest. Most fans are curious WHY Deanna Pappas makes an appearance in the new season of the Bachelor. Seriously, she’s already been featured on two shows, it’s time to give some of the other girls air time.
“Unfortunately everyone will just have to watch and see what I am doing there. It will be worth the wait,” Pappas told People in an interview published Monday.
“The women were not that happy to see me, I can tell you that,” she added.
Pappas also brushed off People’s attempt to confirm that (as ABC’s teaser for Mesnick’s The Bachelor edition implied) her visit featured her telling Mesnick that she felt she “made a mistake” by not picking him at the conclusion of her The Bachelorette edition.
“Hopefully one day people will be sorry for the false accusations and mean things that they have said, often on the Internet. Although I did choose to put myself out there on national TV, there are things I believe should be kept private and out of respect for me and Jesse,” she told People. “We realized that we were two totally different people who wanted totally different things and we lived our lives in totally different ways and it was never gonna work. I loved him sincerely, but it would not have worked in the long run.
Personally, I think it was “mean” the way she handled the break up. Of course on the other hand, I’m sure Deanna is a great girl, and breaking up in the “public” can’t be easy. In her interview, she sounds surprised that she’s no longer America’s sweetheart. As they say on Project Runway, “one day you’re in, the next day you’re out.”
On a side note, I’m happy our rad Aries dude Jesse, has found love with down to earth Holly Durst. Go Jesse!!!
She’s no longer America’s sweetheart or will ever be again. She did a total personality switch and got drunk with fame and selfishness. After Get Married ends she will have trouble getting work on TV, and it’s back to bartending. America is soo done with her! Jesse got lucky finding Holly who is a Prettier Smarter girl with a Big Heart. Why she was sent to Iraq is a mystery to me, she is a NOBODY. Do any of those guys know who she is and if they did, they can’t like her after the way she treated Jesse. Go away Deanna it’s over. She’s also a Republican and was a proud supporter of John McCain, YUCK!

BTW, Holly is a different kind of cute but she is “box of rocks” dumb. She that perfect arm doll that Jesse said he didn’t want. Much easier to get along with, though, I suspect.
It seems your stalking me. Yes I am in love with my girlfriend but I like Jesse, He’s a Mans, Man. Holly is a college graduate and writes children’s books for a living, no dummy, can’t say the same for you! Deanna has an associate’s degree and claims on her website she’s a college graduate. Two years does not make a college graduate. I think you should look up stalking in the dictionary (in a library) because clearly you have no idea what that means. Are you Deanna’s FAT friend? Going after me is fine because I made a comment but insulting Holly just makes you look like the low life you ARE!
Whoa! You guys are serious around here! I seem to recall both DeAnna and Jesse having “college graduate” on their profiles at one point so neither of them got it at first.
Holly has yet to publish a book so she doesn’t make a living at it yet. In fact, I’m not sure what kind of living she could be making if she is in Breckenridge every other week spending days on end with Jesse.
The way I hear it, she is under contract with ABC to provide “comfort” to the guys who may go off half-cocked. She was spotted with Matt after the breakup with Shayne. She was posing in Dallas with Jeremy after he gave a long, drawn out interview with that F-list blogger and she hopped on Jesse, basically before he was even single, in less than two weeks after he was on video crying over DeAnna.
She seems to bask in being pimped out. Her brother is a model and Hollywood club promoter and the pics of her on his site are all but soft-porn and now she is letting Jesse post pics of her all over the place yet on camera, she acted like a child as HE discussed their relationship. How embarrassing it must have been for her, who after weeks of flying back and forth to see him, to have been called “not super exclusive” … that is, of course, until DeAnna said in her interview that there was no chance of reconciliation. He changed his relationship status to “in a relationship” the same day. Think about it. He was using her to make DeAnna jealous and it didn’t work. Now he’s stuck with her.
She’s a cheap, tawdry substitute for DeAnna who was in no way good for him. But love works that way sometimes, doesn’t it?
Jesse is the real deal, he was a pro snowboarder before he even went on the Bachelor. As for Holly, I think they have a genuine relationship and they are both from Ohio.
I would imagine it’s much easier to date someone who has been on reality TV just like you. Who knows what will happen.
It doesn’t changed how Deanna handled the break up. Breaking up is never easy, it just seemed a bit insensitive on her part.
As for Holly’s book, it looks adorable, and I wish her the best.
Yes … everyone knows he was a pro-snowboarder … moreso than Ryan was a football player and Graham was a basketball player.
DeAnna handled the breakup in a piss poor manner and as someone who saw the “connection” between the two of them early on was totally disappointed by the turn of events. BUT, Jesse has a complicated past and I think he failed to tell Ms. DeAnna some things that needed to be said.
People claim that serial killers are nice guys … so this is not about that. D and J were having problems. I think he cheated and is feigning innocence now. Holly is not the answer and she knows it.
