What sad news, one of the MTV reality contestants for the new show, “Double Shot at Love,” was killed in a car crash last month. A beautiful girl, Kandice Hutchison, died shortly after filming her last scene for the reality series in October. Kandice, who was only 22 years old, was tragically killed when another car rear ended her in Euless, Texas.

A contestant on MTV’s new reality show, A Double Shot at Love, was killed in a car accident shortly after filming her last scene, a network rep confirms to Usmagazine.com.

Kandice Hutchison, 22, was one of 24 people vying for the affections of the show’s bisexual twin stars, Rikki and Vikki, who are known as the “Ikki Twins.” As first reported by TMZ.com, Hutchison was rear-ended in Euless, Texas, and ejected from her car Oct. 21. Police told the local Fox News affiliate she died on the scene.

MTV producers edited Hutchison’s more outrageous behavior out of A Double Shot at Love out of respect for her family. Sources tell TMZ.com that her family supports the network’s plan to keep her in the show.

With Kandice’s looks, she definitely had that “X Factor.” It’s so sad her life was cut short. Our thoughts and prayers go to her family.
