As we come to a close of 2008, it has been a troubled filled year of heartbreak and financial woes. Mark Ruffalo still reeling from his brother’s untimely death, will finally have some closure in the murder of his brother Scott. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ cops plan to make an arrest in the death of Mark Ruffalo’s brother Scott next month.

Our sources would not say who will be arrested but said the person or persons will be charged with murder. Scott Ruffalo died from a bullet wound to the head earlier this month in his Beverly Hills apartment. The two people in the room claim Scott was playing Russian Roulette. The L.A. County Coroner begs to differ, ruling the death a homicide.

Mark a Scorpio, has been keeping a low profile since his brothers death. Has put his acting career on hold to be with his family during this difficult time. Although, he has several new movies coming out next year, including Margaret and Ashcliffe.
