Wow, these two don’t mess around. Madonna and Guy Ritchie have already reached a divorce settlement. It must have been years in the making. So what going away prize will Guy receive for his love and dedication? It appears he’s a gentleman and isn’t asking for any handouts.

The singer and her filmmaker husband have hammered out their divorce settlement and will be granted a preliminary divorce on Friday (Nov. 21), according to BBC reports.

Madonna, 50, Ritchie, 40, are leaving the relationship with their own money, even though he was entitled to a share of her income. The couple will share custody of Rocco, 8, and David, 3, their two children together by splitting the children’s time between the U.S. and London. Lourdes, 12, the daugher Madonna had with Carlos Leon, will stay with her mother.

Ritchie is reported to be worth over $50 million dollars. Which means he really doesn’t need her money. He will get to keep the grand English estate and his beloved pub. Madonna is moving to NYC, she wants to be closer to her main squeeze A-Rod. Lets hope Madonna stays single this time.
