On November 11th, William “Flex” Balfour’s scheduled to appear in front of the parole board. The board will review the allegations against Balfour and decide whether or not he actually violated his parole. If not, the state will have to set the creep free. WHAT??? In June, Balfour was busted for possession of cocaine, and his parole officer let him go? WHAT??? Lock this guy up and throw away the key. SCARY!!!
William Balfour, a suspect in the murders of three members of Jennifer Hudson’s family, has been held for two weeks awaiting a hearing on whether a parole violation will keep him behind bars.
The hearing before the Illinois Prisoner Review Board is scheduled to be held Monday morning at Stateville Correctional Center, prison officials said. Balfour has not been charged with a crime, but police have developed several pieces of information tying him to the crime scene at the Hudson family South Side home on Oct. 24., the day that the Oscar-winning actress’s mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason Hudson, were killed.
Jennifer Hudson’s 7-year-old nephew’s body was found three days later on the West Side.
If the board decides there is insufficient evidence that Balfour violated the terms of his parole for a 1999 attempted murder conviction, he could be released after the hearing.
This is guy is one VERY BAD dude. According to National Enquirer, Jason Hudson served seven years in prison for drug dealing. They believe the killing of Jason Hudson was a “drug hit” issued by the Gangsters Disciple. The gang that William Balfour and Jason Hudson belonged to. Darnelle Donerson and Julian King were collateral damage from the hit.
Also, the two people (they believe there are two suspects) that killed the family, did not expect Julian King to be home, and would be in school. According to sources, Jason Hudson’s room was torn apart, police believe the killers were looking for drugs, and money.
Poor Jennifer, she is in our thoughts and prayers. Maybe it’s time to leave Chicago for awhile.
