LEO DICAPRIO - Is Zac Efron Buying His Malibu Mansion for 9 Million?

It looks like Leo DiCaprio is looking for some new Malibu digs. He has just listed his bachelor pad for a cool $9 millionleo-dicaprio.jpg dollars. Leo a sexy Scorpio dude, tries to keep a low profile in Hollywood. According to Forbes magazine, and Time magazine named him one of the “most influential” people in the world.

LA Times Reports:

Hollywood superstar Leo DiCaprio, has listed one of his Malibu properties for sale at $8,999,000. What’s next? Will the mini-me Zac Efron buy the house of the man whose career he says he wants to emulate? Unlikely, but heck, they were even photographed folding their hands the same way.

DiCaprio, who turned 34 this month, has listed a contemporary home that sits on the bluffs above the Pacific. A stairway leads to the beach cove below. The main house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms in 2,374 square feet. The master bathroom has marble fixtures and a steam shower. A separate guesthouse has two one-bedroom suites. There is a four-car garage and a large grassy area, and — no surprise to DiCaprio followers — the property is private.

OK! recently saw Leo chatting up High School Musical star Zac Efron on his way to the men’s room at the GQ Men of the Year Awards held at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Hollywood on Nov. 18. Later that week, they caught a Lakers game together at the Staples Center.

Are they working out a real estate deal, exchanging Hollywood stories, or just a couple of guys hanging out? Word is Zac Efron “might” be interested in buying his house. Stay tuned.
