Rachel Hunter a former model, is probably most famous for being the ex wife of Rod Stewart. At the age of 21, Hunter met British rock star Rod Stewart, 24 years her senior, and they were married on December 15, 1990. The rumor is they met at the Roxbury and initially she wasn’t even remotely interested in Stewart. First he’s about four inches shorter than her, and at the time, she had no clue who he was.

Together they had two children, Renee and Liam, but in January 1999 they separated. Stewart filed for divorce in 2005. The divorce took over a year to finalise, and was official on November 2, 2006. Having signed a pre-nuptial agreement, Hunter claimed a lump sum plus full financial support of Renee and Liam, on the agreement of remaining in Los Angeles, California. It was rumoured to have cost Stewart $66  million. YIKES!

Today, at my local Coffee Bean in Manhattan Beach, I spotted Rachel Hunter in her jogging clothes with one of her girlfriends. She was sporting a MONSTER diamond on her wedding finger. Who did she marry? Jarret Stroll a 26 year old professional hockey player, who is 13 years her junior. Do the math, her daughter is 17 years old, and her new husband is 26…Lets see how long that lasts.

Anyhoo, in person she’s still very pretty, and it’s nice to see that she’s down to earth. She’s just like all us other girls hanging out at the beach in their sweats. Also, she was doing some serious “girly” gossip with her friend. They sat outside on the patio for at least an hour deep in conversation.
