Let the mud slinging games begin. Madonna is fuming that Guy Ritchie and his buddies have been blabbing to the tabloids
in London. According to Madonna, her soon to ex hubby is a gold digging whore. Hmmm. More like a gold digging cheap skate.
In fact, sources tell us, Guy insisted that Madonna purchase a 1,200 hundred acre estate for him, fund million dollar holidays and fly him around on private jets to accomodate his fear of flying.
“Madonna finally got fed up with him never being around and being used and filed for a divorce,” an impeccable source tells us. “Guy has threatened to go after half of M’s hard-earned money, claiming that the law is on his side. He doesn’t care that the world thinks of him as Heather Mills. He doesn’t care that he has his own money and doesn’t need her. He feels he is entitled to half of her empire.”
Madonna’s friends and associate tell us, “She is devastated.”
Guy continues to live in the London house Madonna bought, ordering the staff around while she is on tour and pretending that he is the good, simple, family man only interested in his children and the countryside.
“Guy Ritchie is a fake and a phoney,” says one of Madonna’s confidants, clearly hurt by the way Ritchie has treater her. “He is not a macho man. Not an english lad. Not a gentleman. Not spiritual. He’s just a money-hungry gold digger that doesn’t want to earn his way.”
I don’t know what do you think? I’m sure there is a bit of truth to both stories. Don’t worry Madonna my Leo princess, you have a younger, hotter, and richer guy with A-Rod. Guy the sensible Virgo, you’re finally going to get your career back on track. You will have a much younger, hotter, and gold digging lass by your side soon. Divorce is never easy, hopefully these two can learn to be more civil for the kids.
I think they are both acting like idiots right now. They are two grownups with 3 kids to deal with (ok, Lourdes isn’t “theirs” but he’s been a father figure to her for 8 years, right?). Why let all this become public when you know the children will hear about it now or later. They should both be ashamed.
I think he is who he is – film-maker, british boy, simple. When they first got married he didn’t change for her – he was just a guy’s guy (no pun intended) and she liked that as she needs someone strong. I remember when they were first married – it was in a Scottish castle, she developed a british accent, she was accompanying him to pubs and drinking beer, wearing shirts that said “Mrs. Ritchie”… as usual she re-invented herself into a british woman and wife of a film director. However, unlike re-inventing yourself for the public, for an album, for a tour – you can’t do it in a real, intimate relationship. I think over-time she just reverted back to who she really is – powerful, self-involved, full of herself person who is a star by sheer force of will and very little talent. She stopped pretending to be “Mrs. Ritchie” even though she may have had pure intentions when she got married. I think he is the same guy he’s always been – just sick of her lifestyle and self-involvment.
True narcisists have trouble in long term relationships – and I think that’s what happened here.
