It’s official, Anne Hathaway’s ex boyfriend Raffaello Follieri, has been sentenced to 4 1/2 years in prison for fraud. Inside sources have reported he’s in negotiations to write a “tell all” book about his affair with Anne and his life as a “white collar” criminal.

A Manhattan judge has sentenced actress Anne Hathaway’s ex-boyfriend to 4 1/2 years in prison for cheating investors by claiming he had Vatican connections that allowed him to buy Catholic Church property at a discount.

Raffaello Follieri pleaded guilty last month to conspiracy to commit wire fraud and money laundering, and had agreed to forfeit $2.4 million.

It’s estimated that he could be out in less than 3 years for good behavior. Also, if he goes to confession, says ten Hail Mary’s, the Catholic Church will forgive him. The kicker, his playboy image will go up a notch as a convicted felon. Women just LOVE bad boys.

No word on how Anne our Scorpio girl feels about all of this. The waters run deep with the actress, she’s probably still in love with him. Raffaello is a Cancer boy, I’m sure prison will suck for him. No word if he will get Club Fed or not.
