Today, it was announced that Lauren Conrad signed a three book deal with Harper Collins. The book series will be a cross between Gossip Girl meets The Hills, it’s called LA Candy. Damn, this girl is rolling in the dough.

It was recently reported that Lauren earns $75,000 per episode for her MTV show, she has a fashion line, and the three book deal is rumored to be worth $1 million dollars.

In the romance department, she’s not doing to shabby either. She was recently spotted leaving a club with none other than Gossip Girl stud, Chace Crawford. Or is she his new “beard?”  It must be difficult for Lauren to find a guy that can deal with all her success. She’s a cute girl though.

Lauren’s co-star Audrina Partridge, will make a special guest appearance on Fox’s hilarious comedy show “MADtv.” In the sketch titled, “Audrina Brings the Drama,” Patridge visits the set of “MADtv” and within minutes is able to turn the cast members against each other.

On a side note, I recently spotted Audriana in Manhattan Beach. I walked right past her and she is TOTALLY GORGEOUS in person. Her skin is flawless and she’s mega tan. She was hanging out with a girlfriend at the Coffee Bean.  MB is nicknamed “reality beach” because so many casting directors scout the locals for reality shows. So if you’re interested in checking out some hotties, come down for a visit.
