Yes, it’s true ex Bachelorette ( I almost forgot she was one) Jen Schefft is finally tying the knot. She’s a lucky girl, he boyfriend is absolutely gorgeous. Newly engaged Bachelorette alum Jen Schefft tells Usmagazine.com that she was “so surprised” her beau Joe Waterman popped the question recently.

“We had talked about it and I knew it was coming, so I didn’t think he could do anything to surprise me, but he did!” says Schefft, who met Waterman, a trader, on a blind date in February.

“We’re still in the early stages of planning, but most likely we’ll do it next spring in Chicago,” she tells Us. “We’re going to keep it small and intimate – just really close family and friends.
