As the Sarah Palin lovefest continues, the spell cast on the media has started to wear off. This week, ABC had the
opportunity to interview our would be Vice President on ABC. Charlie Gibson took the kid gloves off and asked some serious questions that needed to be answered.
Sarah Palin was eloquent and charming, but I have to be honest, some of the answers scared the hell out of me. She would overturn Roe vs. Wade, she doesn’t want assault weapons banned, and her lack of foreign knowledge gave me the shivers.
I admire her as a woman, but living in Wasilia, Alaska population 6000, does not compare to issues we face in Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York. We live in a progressive world and we need a Vice President who understands what challenges the average American faces on a daily basis.
Sarah Palin’s Sun in Aquarius is shining brightly right now, but not for long. Her chart aspects several planets in Libra, which has given her rockstar status. I agree, it’s exciting, FINALLY a woman might actually make it to the white house.
That will all change in October when these planets move into Scorpio. I think the investigation of “Trooper Gate” will be in full swing and it doesn’t look pretty for Palin. The “halo effect” will have worn off and she will be asked some hard hitting questions. Scorpio will reveal what has been hidden and her pedestal will be ripped out from underneath her. As they say on Project Runway, one day your in, the next day your out.
In the end, I think America will choose Barack Obama as our next President. The race will be incredibly close, but I think America will not feel confident in having her as our Vice President. What the election will do, is get Americans more involved in the process. In addition, we will enjoy new found respect amongst our global neighbors, who will have new appreciation for our Democratic process.
For Sarah Palin, she will finally get to be interviewed by Oprah.

Obama is eloquent and charming, but I have to be honest, some of his answers to “better” this country scare the hell out of me!!!! His lack of foreign knowledge gives me the shivers and scares the hell out of me!!!!
Remember McCain being corrected by Lieberman when he said Al-Qaida was shi-ite, or talking about the Iraq-Pakistan border?
Obama is a lot better informed than McCain
