The big news yesterday for American Idol fans is that Clay Aiken has finally come out of the closet. He recently told People magazine, he felt since he was a new father, it was important to be honest, and admit he’s gay.

It came to no big shocker to most people, maybe his fans the “Claymates” might be disappointed, but he can officially grab his rightful crown from Barry Manilow. VEGAS BABY!

His thoughts on his baby boy:

“I have no idea if he’ll be gay or straight. It’s not something I’ll have anything to do with, or that he’ll have anything to do with. It’s already probably up inside the code there … No matter what the situation you’re in, if you’re raised in a loving environment, that’s the most important thing.”

Clay goes on to reaffirm his faith in God and says he’s still a born again Christian. He has no special man in his life except for his little baby boy. What does the future hold for him astrologically?

Clay was born on November 30, 1978 and will turn 30 this year. He has Sun, Moon, and Mercury in fun loving Sag. He definitely is a very outspoken guy with a great sense of humor.  His Venus in Scorpio makes him jealous and secretive in relationships. He has Saturn in Virgo squaring several of his planets. I think emotionally the next year will be tough for him. He’s ready to settle down and trying to find that one special guy.
