That story is a little weird, who was taking pictures of her breast feeding? Was it her mom, so she could sell it to OK Magazine for a billion dollars? No, actually it was more innocent than that. It was taken by her boyfriend Casey, who had taken it to a local Walmart to be developed. What happened? Of course they were stolen.

TMZ Reports:

As per TMZ, local authorities are searching for the peddler of the pictures of the former “Zoey 101″ star, her 3-month-old daughter Maddie, her baby daddy Casey Aldridge, and big sister Britney Spears. One of the pictures shows 17-year-old Jamie Lynn breastfeeding Maddie, leaving her left breast exposed.

The pictures were apparently taken on Casey’s digital camera, which he took to a local Wal-Mart in Louisiana to reproduce.

The picture becomes pornographic as Jamie Lynn is a minor. Selling or buying the pictures would constitute a violation of federal laws against pornography. And selling the picture showing Jamie Lynn’s exposed breast could land the peddler in federal prison.

What a bummer. Can’t they download photos directly to a computer for printing? Strange. I guess they like it old school. Stay tuned.
