NOSTRABORIS SAYS - The Republican Convention is Politics for Dummies!

Well, the convention has definitely struck a chord across America. I just returned from my favorite lunch spot, Wahoo’s,  sarahpalin3.jpg and everyone was talking about Sarah Palin’s speech last night. The conversations were definitely black and white, either they HATED Sarah Palin, or they absolutely LOVED her. Interesting!

Of course, Nostraboris our guest political blogger, always has an opinion. As a Dutch man living in America, he views our political process with humor, and sometimes with disbelief.  Here is an excerpt from his latest musing.

Nostraboris at the Republican Douche-a-looza!

Like Memorial Day on acid, watching the Republican convention is like visiting Hunter S. Thompson’s lizard lounge packed with the coked up spill out from Sean Hannity’s bachelor party. UN-Real.Staggering back and forth between U-S-A! U-S-A! chanting fits, repeated allegiance pledges and a parade of aging, ranting frat-boy douche bags, America’s radical right complimented itself on a country well ransacked.

The bill included a Chucky version of the Ken Doll, Mitt Romney, who came out and plagiarized T. Boone Pickens. Drill baby, drill.

His spray-on tan melting in the spot light, he then warned America that it needed John McCain to fight the enemies he helped create, rebuild the economy he helped wreck, and reduce the deficit to the surplus Bill Clinton left behind.

Powered by several bumps of home made Alaskan Meth, Vicodin, and some Jager bombs, reverse reality Fest Headliner Sarah Palin came out swinging, and meant it when she promised to “leave the country better than she found it”.

Yes, there’s more!  To read the rest of his post, go to www.nostraboris.com! Tonight you can catch John McCain’s speech on CNN!
