Now that Lindsay has openly come out of the closet, it seems that Sam Ronson was not her first girlfriend. According to recent gossip reports, she had a hot passionate affair with Tila Tequila’s girlfriend, Courtnay Semel.

Everyone thinks Samantha is Lindsay’s first lesbian love, but we were very passionate until her fear of being found out drove us apart,” Courtenay told a pal. “At the time she was terrified her career would be over if she revealed her sexual tendencies.

This all may be true, but it seems Lindsay has really settled down with Sam Ronson. It seems her new girlfriend has a calming influence on her and she looks really happy.
