Hot off the press! It’s reported Hollaback Girl, Gwen Stefani, is at Cedar Sinai Hospital giving birth to her second child. She is scheduled to have a c-section in Los Angeles. This will be the second child for the style icon and rad rocker.

In Touch magazine reports, “Gwen’s so excited to have this baby because she gained a lot of weight during this pregnancy,” a friend of the singer told the magazine. “She is ready to meet her new baby and get her body back.”

What about her beautiful bod? Stefani raised concerns in January 2007 about her rapid weight loss following her pregnancy. She stated she lost the weight through diet and exercise but admitted to obsessing over her weight due to the size zero trend. She later stated that she had been on a diet since the sixth grade to fit in size 4 clothing, commenting, “It’s an ongoing battle and it’s a nightmare.

Her rocker husband seems to be obsessed with his looks as well. Gavin Rossdale, 42, was recently ranked seventh for best abs in Hollywood. Gwen continues to rock the fashion world with her clothing line Lamb. Now she will be rocking the cradle as well.
