The controversy around Heath Ledger’s death continues to swirl. Now the DEA is getting involved and they have subpoenaed Mary-Kate Olson to discuss that fateful day he was found dead in his apartment. They’re most likely going to ask him about his drug habits, suppliers, relationships, etc. Also, why the massage therapist was calling her and not 911. The “therapist” was asking what she should do? If you’re a licensed therapist you’re trained in CPR and its common sense that you call 911. So I can understand why the police might want to talk to her.

I guess the death of Heath Ledger continues to be surrounded in controversy. Now the DEA is involved and is doing an investigation. This means they could want to question Mary-Kate about Heath’s drug use, his supplier, and what were the circumstances of his “state of mind” prior to his death. Also, why did the massage therapist call her first and not 911.

The Feds appear to be convinced that Mary-Kate Olsen knows more than she says she knows about the circumstances surrounding Heath Ledger’s death and drug use.

According to Access Hollywood, the tiniest Trollsen has been issued a subpoena by the Drug Enforcement Administration office in New York, requiring her to testify in front of a grand jury.

Personally, I think that Heath should be allowed to rest in peace. It’s obvious he was a tortured soul who was struggling with his addictions. What an amazing actor and tragic loss. Astrologically I expect this to play out over the next year, more “unauthorized” books to be published, and continued rumor and speculation. Mary-Kate will continue to be famous for being famous.
