One of the local newspapers has posted an open casting call for the new “Bachelor” season. Very interesting that it’s being held in Tacoma, Washington right out of Seattle.

The producers of ABC’s hit reality show “The Bachelor” are coming to Tacoma looking for eligible young ladies on Tuesday, Aug. 5, from 5-9 p.m. at Emerald Queen Casino’s Bridge Night Club.

They are hitting town right after bachelor Andy Baldwin came to town, as we reported a week ago.

So you’re single, cute, young and want to have the opportunity to find love? You think you’re the perfect candidate, right?

Not so fast. The online application wants to know more about you than just that. They want to know your salary, hair color, dating history and financial history. They want to know how many relationships you’ve been in, and why they ended. They want to know if you’ve ever filed for bankruptcy or had a restraining order against you.

They also want photos and video of you explaining why you should be chosen.

I think Jason is one step closer to becoming the official new Bachelor for ABC. Keep your fingers crossed. Don’t forget to read your daily horoscopes.
