According to recent gossip reports and posts on message boards, ABC is considering either Jason Mesnick or Jeremy Anderson as the new bachelor for this season. The casting of Deanna Pappas as the Bachelorette has breathed new life into the series and fans have fallen in love with both Jason Mesnick and Jeremy Anderson.

So what will it be? A Sleepless in Seattle version of the Bachelor, or a Hollywood version of the Bachelor this season. Both are wonderful choices but if ABC is looking for a ratings winner, I would place my bet on Jason Mesnik. Single moms would be glued to their TV sets in hopes that Jason would find true love.

Where would they record it? I would assume it would have to be in Seattle since Jason has a little boy to think about. Seattle is absolutely gorgeous and there are several MEGA mansions in Seattle and its surrounding areas. Madrona is a popular area where Kurt Kobain once lived, Kirkland is another popular place, and it sits on the water. Also, it’s where Jason calls home.

Looking at Jason’s chart, he has Sun and Venus in sensitive Cancer. I think that if ABC choose him, it will become a show that the whole family will watch. He shares the same Astrological sign with some very famous Cancers. The United States has Sun in Cancer as well. American seem to have a love affair with Cancerians.

Just to name a few famous celebs who are Cancers. Deanna Pappas, Pamela Anderson, Tom Cruise, Jessica Simpson, Adrian Grenier, Meryl Streep, Lindsay Lohan, Princess Dianna, Kevin Bacon, Tom Hanks, Harrison Ford, and the list goes on.
