CELEBRITY BIRTHDAYS – Leonardo Da Vinci, Emma Thompson, Seth Rogen, and Emma Watson!

In college, Emma Thompson was in a relationship with dreamy actor Hugh Laurie (TV show House). Thompson married Kenneth Branagh, with whom she appeared in Fortunes of War, on August 20, 1989. They appeared together several times, in hit films such as Dead Again, Henry V and Much Ado About Nothing, but were eventually divorced in October 1995. She is the upcoming Harry Potter film scheduled for release in 2009.

Seth Rogen, the hilarious actor in the film “Knocked Up,” did stand up comedy for four years during his teens. After he moved to LA when he was 16, he started writing for the Da Ali G Show a few years later. Rogen cites the films Porky’s and Bachelor Party, in addition to films by Kevin Smith, as inspirations for writing sex comedies. In an interview with MTV, he said of Smith “I feel like my strengths were always kind of ripping off a Kevin Smith movie anyway. It’s not a far departure.”Of Smith and his films, Rogen has gone as far as to say “I wouldn’t be a writer if it wasn’t for you and your movies.”

Darling Emma Watson, has starred in five Harry Potter films. Watson’s work in the Harry Potter series has earned her several awards and more than £10 million. She has been romantically linked to her fellow co-star Danielle Radcliffe and plans to attend college in the fall. Watson considers herself a bit of a feminist and her favorite actor is Johnny Depp.
