In a recent gossip report, Amy has been missing jailhouse visits with her man, and even missed visiting him on his birthday. He reported narrowly missed overdosing in jail and has failed three random drug tests. After failing the drug tests, Blake was banned from all contact with the outside world — leaving him fearful over his relationship with Rehab singer Amy, 24.

Amy’s family and friends are reportedly trying to get the singer to divorce her hubby and move on. They feel she can never get sober if he’s a part of her life.

The drug-ravaged star has finally said ‘yes, yes, yes’ to worried family and friends and is booked in at the exclusive Promises clinic. At $10,000 a week, it’s the “A-list” rehab center, but is more like the Four Seasons then a real 12 step program. Promises has hosted celebrities such as Britney Spears, Mel Gibson, Lindsay Lohan, Ben Affleck, and others. Need I say more.

I wish her the best but I have a feeling this will be only one of many more programs she will visit.
